Colorado River water was still pretty cold.
At Colorado River (2,400ft) 5,400ft below South Rim I was around 7am.
In 3.5 hours (8 - 11:30) I was back to the South Rim. According to warning this is not recommended.
I went to Flagstaff and hiked to Humphreys Peak (12,631ft = 3,850m) in 3.5 hours (3:30 - 7pm).
I spent night at the top at 12,631ft (3,850m).
Beautiful scenery in the morning.
I was at home in 5 hours (5 - 10am). Yesterday: 5,400ft down, and 10,631ft up.
