Coyote Buttes North known as Wave is part of Vermilion Cliffs National Monument.
Limited access to 20 people per day: 10 walk-in lottery and 10 on-line or mail lottery.
I got permit on on-line lottery for February 1st, 2013.
It is close to Page, AZ and AZ-UT border.
